Thank you all for your flexibility over the last 24 hours! Tonight's meet will be held at NOVA regency at 5:30!

Please take a few minutes to review IN FULL tonight's logistics and important reminders:

• WHERE: NOVA REGENCY
• WHO: RIDGETOP VS KANAWHA
• WHEN: 
  • SWIMMERS MAY ARRIVE 4:30-5:00, MUST BE INSIDE BY 5:00
  • 5:15 Strokes & Turn Officials Meeting (Lower lobby), Lane Timer Meeting (Lower lobby), and FIRST CALL FOR EVENTS (starting with Event 4 – Boys 9–10 IM)
  • MEET BEGINS AT 5:30
    
• THEME: SUPERHEROES
• Parking: Please park on the lower level in the covered parking area outside NOVA's lower entrance. Parking extends beyond the covered portion, and those spaces may also be used. Please avoid parking on the upper level of the mall if possible. If you park upstairs, you will need to navigate downstairs to access the lower NOVA entrance. Upper entrance will be closed.
  
• FOOD: 
  • There is no concession stand at NOVA.
  • Marketplace kiosks offering snacks and beverages are available throughout the facility. Please note:
    
    • Purchases are credit card or mobile app only (no cash).
    • Kiosks are monitored by security cameras.
    • We encourage parents to accompany younger swimmers if they wish to make a purchase.
    • Families are strongly encouraged to bring their own food and drinks.
• MEET ENTRIES: will be posted inside NOVA (location TBD)
• SWIMMER & SPECTATOR SEATING: 
  • Seating will be on the first floor only. The second-floor spectator stands will be closed.
  • Limited deck space is available for personal chairs. Please utilize the on-deck bleachers for swimmer and spectator seating, as well as the designated spectator areas located at each end of the pool.
    
  • Team areas will be clearly marked with KRA and Ridgetop banners.
    
  • Restrooms are located throughout the first floor, including:
    
    • Main restrooms beneath the scoreboard
    • On-deck changing rooms
    • Lobby restrooms

• FACILITY REMINDERS: 
  • We are grateful that NOVA is allowing us to be their guests this evening. Please help us show our appreciation by respecting their rules and policies and being on our best behavior!
    • There are no playgrounds or play areas.
    • Young children should remain supervised and should not be running throughout the facility.
    • Swimmers should remain with the team and avoid wandering the pool deck or lobby.
    • With this being a new environment, we know swimmers may be excited and distracted. Tonight is a great night to bring their very best listening ears and stay attentive to the coaching staff.
    • NOVA lifeguards and staff will address unsafe or disruptive behavior if necessary-put your swimmers on notice!
    • As a USA Swimming club, NOVA follows USA Swimming SafeSport policies. One important reminder is that photography is not permitted behind the starting blocks. We appreciate everyone's cooperation.
