Hi All,

Please read carefully for some last minute CHAMPS reminders and info!

• Arrival: Please check in between 7:00-7:15 AM at tent (see Julia's email for Tent City map)
• Warmups: 7:30 AM Lane 3 in the East/Girls Pool, coaches will come out to tent to grab swimmers to take them inside.
  • 8&Unders: 7:30-7:40 ONLY, NO DIVING ALLOWED
  • 10&Up: 7:40-8:00, DIVES ONLY ALLOWED 7:50-8:00
• Small warm-up pools only for 13&Up before their events.
• For now, only 13&Up allowed in bleachers on the pool deck (may change with weather).
• Break will be around 12:40 PM - 1:25 PM (tentatively) 
• We will have a walkie talkie to help with communications between the tent and coaches on deck, but please do not hesitate to text or email me if you cannot get ahold of us!
• As you leave the tent for the day, please make sure to pick up after yourself. We want to leave our tents as we found them!
• Snacks will be provided under the tent.
• Bring chairs & tarps!
• Let me know ASAP if your child's swimming status changes throughout the day!
